Titan - Regional Commercial Manager - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop accurate revenue and cost projections; manage receivables/payables.

- Ensure compliance with finance standards, SOPs, and statutory regulations.

- Handle budgeting, variance analysis, and monthly profitability reporting.

- Manage working capital, fund requirements, and reconciliation.

- Oversee tax assessments, GL reviews, and month-end book closing.

- Drive process improvements, policy creation, and training initiatives.

- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, HR, Treasury) and external stakeholders (Tax authorities, auditors).

Requirements:

Education: CA

Experience: 3-4 years in operational commercial roles

Skills: Analytical mindset, decision-making, leadership, stakeholder management, persuasion, accountability

Knowledge: Commercial processes and retail industry understanding
