Manager Compensation & Benefits Job Details: To manage the design, deployment and administration of employee compensation, perks and benefits for Titan group entities outside India. Process Contribution- HR : Compensation & Benefits : Compensation Strategy & Practices 1. Design and manage C&B practices and approach for international locations in alignment to the total rewards strategy for Titan Company Limited 2. Work with external partners to conduct compensation & benefits benchmarking exercises to periodically determine the desired compensation positioning. HR : Compensation & Benefits : Employee cost planning and review 1. Support the employee cost budgeting exercise for the International Business Division and manage the budget through the year 2. Design and use dashboards and reports to gain insights into effectiveness of rewards practices and data 3. Review employee cost periodically with key stakeholders and provide inputs for cost management; develop and deploy internal operating procedures and controls for managing budgets. HR : Compensation & Benefits : BAU - Monthly and Annual activities 1. Work with IT to ensure accuracy of compensation systems and tools 2. Support the timely completion of key monthly and annual compensation activities such as the annual compensation review and promotion cycles 3. Work with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Line Managers) to support hiring through compensation fitments 4. Define, review and manage pay ranges in line with market positioning and internal parity 5. Manage international mobility of employees across Titan group entities 6. Monitor activities to ensure adherence to policies and operating procedures Relevant Experience: - 4-8 years of relevant years in compensation and benefits. Education: - Post Graduation in HR
