Role: Lead - People Operations Reporting to : Group Manager Rewards Scope : Design, set-up and manage an HR Shared Services team for Titan and it's subsidiaries. The employee count is approximately 8000, spread across multiple geographies Shared services includes the following at present : - Recruitment Process Support - Candidate onboarding, documentation, background checks, vendor invoice processing and employee code creation - Managing transfers & relocations - Benefits administration - Letter generation, data and file management (physical and digital) - Time and attendance - Payroll inputs - Query resolution and employee help-desk management - Employee separation and settlement Key Result Areas : - Benchmark shared service operations structure and scope in industry - Work with key internal stakeholders to review processes and modify where necessary - Identify means to enhance employee experience through automation or process changes - Identify key process bottlenecks and identify opportunities for process re-design and automation - Create, manage and review SLAs periodically for service delivery - Support the Talent Acquisition and HR business partnering verticals with timely on-boarding - Engage and manage a team consisting of on-roll and third party resources; - Develop capabilities within the team to achieve excellence in service delivery
