Job Details

As a Business Analyst at Titan, you will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable insights, requirements, and solutions. You will act as a bridge between business teams and technology teams, ensuring that data, analytics, and digital platforms effectively support decision-making and business growth.

Your role will involve gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, designing reporting solutions, and enabling insights for strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders (e.g., Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, ISCM, Mfg) to understand and document requirements.

- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.

- Support development of dashboards and reports (Tableau / Power BI) to enable decision-making.

- Collaborate with data engineers/analysts to ensure data pipelines and sources align with business requirements.

- Conduct feasibility studies, gap analyses, and cost-benefit analyses to support project decision-making.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of deployed solutions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Education

- Graduate in Engineering / Business Administration / Analytics (MBA preferred).

Relevant Experience

- 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or analytics.
