TITAN COMPANY LIMITED Regional HR Business Partner | Asst. Manager/Manager |Bangalore | Reporting to HR Business Partnering Lead The incumbent will be responsible for end to end HR operations & Employee Engagement for Jewellery division for South region comprising of Karnataka, TN, Kerela, AP & Telangana (based in Bangalore). The role holder would be the custodian for people practices for the entire retail employee base across the region for that business. It is an individual contributor role that will involve travelling across the region. It caters to the entire store staff across Jewellery stores in the south region Key responsibilities - Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers for the business - Identify, prioritize & build organizational capabilities for continuing business success in conjunction with RBM's. - Drive core HR processes for the Regional retail staff. - Devise HR interventions for the business and work with regional teams for deployment of the same - Responsible for tracking and maintaining key data and metrics pertaining to the employee base - Support business in forecasting & planning talent requirements in line with function/business strategy - Ensure quality hiring & onboarding with adherence to recruitment timelines, processes and standards - Manage personnel administration (employee life-cycle) and welfare activities for the business - Investigation into and resolution of all grievances and ethical concerns within timelines - Drive all employee engagement initiatives specific for the business - Identify and implement practices to improve employee morale and motivation. Key deliverables - Recruitment & Selection of required talent as per norms - Completion of key HR processes within timelines and quality standards - Completion of manpower budgeting and adherence to timelines, cost and numbers - Drive HR processes for the business in compliance with process timelines and standards - Smooth and proactive functioning all HR initiatives for the business Desired qualifications, skills and experience - Post Graduate in HRM from a reputed institute - Around 4-7 years of work experience in HR function. - Experience in HR operations/sales HR/Regional HR roles in FMCG, Retail, Telecom or Food and Hospitality sectors would be preferred - Batch of 2013 to 2010 - Good conceptual clarity - Proven operational experience and ability - Ability to handle multiple stakeholders - Ability to establish trust and a reputation for discretion, sound judgment and advice - Capacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with senior leadership - Ability to lead and provide direction to a team - High energy levels and willingness to travel - Candidates with knowledge of one of the 4 southern languages will be preferred
