TIRUN - Head - Operations

As the exclusive India representative for cruise lines like RoyalCaribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Silversea, Azamara, and more, we're known for luxury, innovation, and next-level customer service.

- We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head- Operations to build scalable operational processes across the organization and drive operational excellence through technology, AI, and automation.

- This role is ideal for someone from a strong OTA/travel-tech background who has experience building systems, processes, and teams from the ground up in a fast-growing environment.

- The individual will work closely with leadership, tech, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to improve efficiency, scalability, collaboration, and customer experience across the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and streamline scalable operational processes across departments.

- Drive automation, AI and technology integration into workflows and systems.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency, turnaround times, and productivity.

- Partner with the technology and CRM teams to build smarter tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

- Create SOPs, quality control mechanisms, and operational governance frameworks.

- Improve cross-functional collaboration and reduce operational silos.

- Build and mentor high-performing teams and future leaders.

- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.

Ideal Candidate :

- 10-12 years of experience in Operations / Business Operations / Process Excellence.

- Strong preference for candidates from Online Travel Agencies

- Proven experience in building and scaling operational systems

- Strong understanding of AI, automation, process optimization, and operational technology.

- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
