Purpose of the role: The CEO Core Business will be the on-ground leader responsible for running and strengthening TIRUNs established B2B cruise distribution engine. This role is designed for a high-accountability operator who can bring execution discipline, operational structure, and commercial rigor to the core business- ensuring the organization runs seamlessly, scales sustainably, and delivers consistent results. Key Responsibilities 1. Own the Core Business Engine: - Lead TIRUNs traditional B2B cruise business end-to-end, ensuring revenue consistency, partner satisfaction, and operational excellence. - Drive predictable performance across sales, service delivery, and operations. 2. Execution Discipline & Operational Excellence: - Build robust systems, cadence, and accountability so execution does not depend on the Founders daily involvement. - Strengthen workflows, handovers, and cross-functional coordination to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. 3. Drive Sales Productivity & Channel Performance: - Lead a strong sales-driven organization with focus on partner conversions, upsell opportunities, and distribution efficiency. - Bring sharper forecasting, pipeline discipline, and performance benchmarks across the BD function. 4. Lead and Upgrade Senior Teams: - Manage and challenge senior leaders with clarity, firmness, and high expectations. - Create a culture of ownership, speed, and outcomes- moving the organization away from comfort and into performance. 5. Represent TIRUN Externally in India: - Serve as the face of the core business for key partners, cruise principals, and strategic stakeholders. - Maintain strong market credibility while ensuring internal stability. 6. Founder Alignment & Operating Partnership: - Work closely with the Founder, who will continue to lead alternate growth initiatives, new channels, and long-term vision. - Translate strategic direction into operational execution across the core business. Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for an execution-oriented business leader who combines commercial sharpness with operational strength. You should bring: - 12-20 years of leadership experience in a sales-led, operations-heavy business environment (travel, hospitality, OTA, consumer services, distribution, or allied sectors). - Proven capability in running large teams, enforcing accountability, and building scalable operating systems. - Strong channel sales and partnership mindset- comfort with B2B ecosystems and legacy networks. - High execution drive: someone who pushes teams, delivers outcomes, and thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. - Strategic maturity, but grounded in on-the-ground leadership rather than only ideation. - Confidence to operate as the Founders India counterpart with ownership, stability, and presence.
