Role Description:
The Business Leader- Commercial Growth & Operations will serve as the operational and commercial anchor of TIRUNs core business.
This role is designed for a senior business operator who combines sales execution discipline with a strong marketing and growth mindset- someone who understands customer funnels, distribution ecosystems, and digital leverage, and can translate that into scalable performance.
The mandate is to balance revenue delivery with growth strategy, improve execution cadence, modernize operating processes, and strengthen customer and partner engagement- all while leading senior teams with clarity and accountability.
Key responsibilities:
A. Drive Commercial Performance:
- Own revenue execution across TIRUNs distribution ecosystem
- Improve sales productivity, pipeline discipline, and conversion rigor
- Align incentives, targets, and execution frameworks for predictable growth
B. Integrate market-led growth thinking:
- Strengthen customer funnel thinking across acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive data-informed commercial decisions
- Improve positioning, partner engagement, and demand generation strategies
C. Digital & process enablement:
- Drive adoption of digital tools that improve visibility, productivity, and decision-making
- Modernize operating workflows and reporting cadence
- Establish data-driven performance systems
D. Operational Excellence:
- Build structured operating rhythms across teams
- Improve cross-functional coordination
- Ensure execution does not depend on individuals but on systems
E. Leadership & culture:
- Lead senior teams with clarity, accountability, and outcome orientation
- Build a culture that balances speed with discipline
- Encourage ownership, customer thinking, and continuous improvement
F. External representation:
- Represent TIRUN with partners, stakeholders, and principals
- Strengthen credibility and commercial relationships
- Act as a trusted leadership face of the organization
Ideal candidate profile:
We are seeking a senior commercial leader with a strong growth mindset and execution discipline.
You should bring:
- 12 - 20 years of leadership experience in sales-driven or distribution-led businesses
- Demonstrated ability to bridge sales execution with marketing-led growth thinking
- Experience improving customer funnels, commercial productivity, or GTM performance
- Exposure to digital enablement, CRM systems, or data-driven decision frameworks
- Proven track record of leading large teams and driving measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
- Comfort operating in founder-led, fast-moving environments
- Industry experience in travel, hospitality, retail, consumer services, digital commerce, or allied sectors is a plus- but not mandatory.
