About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of mutual fund products. The role requires strong expertise in product management, regulatory compliance, sales strategy, and distribution management within the asset management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, design, regulatory approvals, launch, and lifecycle management of mutual fund products.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and investor behavior analysis to identify product gaps and opportunities for innovation.
- Align products with the companys investment philosophy, SEBI regulations, and investor suitability norms.
- Develop and drive sales strategies to achieve AUM targets across retail, HNI, institutional, and digital distribution channels.
- Build and strengthen relationships with banks, IFAs, national distributors, and digital platforms to expand product reach.
- Monitor product performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with investment, compliance, operations, and marketing teams for smooth execution of product strategies.
- Represent the company in regulatory discussions, industry forums, and product positioning initiatives.
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms to enhance investor engagement and product penetration.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Required Skillsets
- Strong expertise in mutual fund product development and lifecycle management.
- Deep understanding of SEBI regulations, compliance frameworks, and product suitability norms.
- Proven track record in mutual fund sales strategy and distribution management.
- Strong market research and analytical skills with ability to identify product gaps and opportunities.
