
- The Marketing Strategy Manager will lead strategic planning, campaign governance, and cross-functional alignment to support business growth and strengthen the company's positioning in the fixed-income and bond investment category.
- The role involves developing marketing frameworks, guiding execution teams, optimizing channels for ROI, and ensuring brand and compliance consistency across all communication.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Strategic Ownership:
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify high-value market opportunities and define priority customer segments.
- Create positioning frameworks to establish the platform as a trusted leader in fixed-income investing.
- Build data-driven strategies that support brand visibility, investor engagement, and category leadership.
Campaign & Channel Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction across content, brand, performance marketing, SEO, social media, and partnerships.
- Review and approve major marketing campaigns to ensure message clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Evaluate performance of all marketing channels and optimize for ROI, cost efficiency, and impact.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital and offline touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to support product launches and investor communication.
- Strengthen sales funnels by optimizing messaging, lead quality, and targeted campaign execution.
- Align marketing initiatives with product features, user needs, and market insights.
Team Leadership & Governance:
- Mentor content writers, designers, and performance marketers with structured workflows.
- Implement dashboards, KPIs, and review mechanisms for tracking performance and output quality.
- Ensure adherence to financial marketing regulations, internal compliance standards, and brand guidelines.
Market Intelligence:
- Track industry developments, regulatory updates, competitor strategies, and investor behavior.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for the marketing roadmap.
- Identify growth opportunities within the fixed-income and wealth management space.
Required Skillsets:
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and multi-channel execution.
- Experience in managing campaigns across performance marketing, SEO, content, and social media.
- Ability to evaluate marketing analytics, KPIs, CAC, ROI, and funnel metrics.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with product, sales, and leadership teams.
- Knowledge of financial services, investment products, or fintech (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to convert insights into strategic recommendations and campaign improvements.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and quality control.
Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or brand management roles
