Key Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership: Responsible for the profitability and maximization of Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) within the region.
- Business Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets.
- Operational Oversight: Lead daily regional operations ensuring adherence to company policies, principles, and compliance standards.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a large and diverse team; identify training needs and drive team performance.
- Customer Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse and interpret sales, financial, and operational data to inform business strategy.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and support effective marketing initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
- Problem Solving: Address complex managerial issues and drive effective resolutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of proven experience in a business leadership role, preferably in a multi-unit or regional capacity.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L at a regional/cluster level.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large teams and driving performance across multiple locations.
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and execution capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
