
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Equity Manager to oversee and manage the companys global equity compensation programs.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in equity plan administration, compliance, and reporting, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class experience for employees and stakeholders.
- You will play a critical role in partnering with finance, legal, HR, and external vendors to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all equity-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of global equity plans, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs.
- Oversee equity transactions such as grants, exercises, releases, cancellations, and transfers.
- Administer the equity platform (e.g., Carta, Shareworks, or E-TRADE) and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and finance teams to support equity planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax, securities laws, and local country regulations related to equity programs.
- Handle employee education and communication related to equity plans and vesting schedules.
- Prepare and review equity-related reports for auditors, finance, and senior leadership.
- Support quarterly and annual reporting, including earnings disclosures, cap table management, and dilution analysis.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement best practices in equity administration.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing equity compensation programs.
- Strong understanding of stock option plans, RSUs, ESPPs, and equity taxation.
- Proficiency in equity administration platforms (e.g., Carta, Shareworks, Solium, etc.).
- Experience with cap table management, reporting, and SOX compliance.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. and/or international tax and securities regulations related to equity.
- Strong Excel and data management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
