About the Role
The Business Development Manager will drive investor engagement, manage relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and corporate treasuries, and support the origination of fixed-income investment opportunities.
The role focuses on developing the investor pipeline, supporting marketing efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to structure tailored investment products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with HNWIs, family offices, and corporate treasuries to identify investment interests in fixed-income products
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors
- Manage the end-to-end investor marketing process, including creation of investor materials and presentations
- Lead investor outreach initiatives such as webinars, events, and targeted communication campaigns
- Collaborate with Product teams to structure tailored fixed-income offerings based on client needs
- Assess client credit profiles and propose suitable investment deals
- Convert investor interest into closed transactions and enhance overall deal flow
- Onboard new corporates and family offices into the investment platform
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate portfolio data capture and reporting
- Prepare customized internal and investor reports as required
- Maintain deep understanding of debt products, family office investment strategies, and fixed-income market trends
Required Skillsets:
- Strong understanding of fixed-income products and debt market offerings
- Experience dealing with HNWIs, family offices, and corporate investors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to structure tailored investment solutions based on client needs
- Strong analytical and credit assessment abilities
- Ability to independently drive marketing initiatives and investor outreach
- Proficiency in preparing investor decks, reports, and financial summaries
- Experience organizing investment-focused webinars, events, and investor interactions
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-centric approach
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or debt markets preferred
