About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who will work closely across teams to drive data-backed decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic business planning.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse business performance, optimize processes, and deliver insights that fuel organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Track, analyse, and report business data, metrics, and performance trends.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of methodologies, processes, and operational workflows.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business operations and decision-making.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities.
- Prepare proposal evaluations, business cases, and ROI assessments.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape and market dynamics.
- Create dashboards and reports to support leadership visibility and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and operations to align analysis with business priorities.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all reporting and analytical deliverables.
