About the Role
The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business data, generate insights, enhance operational processes, and support strategic decision-making.
The role requires strong analytical abilities, business understanding, and effective communication skills to drive measurable improvements across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report key business metrics across functions
- Evaluate existing methodologies and recommend process improvements
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare business requirement documents, dashboards, and performance reports
- Develop proposal evaluations and assist in strategic initiatives
- Support budget planning, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence and competitive insights
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and projects
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management
Required Skillsets
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and business insights
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
- Understanding of business operations, KPIs, and financial metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience in preparing business requirement documents and detailed process maps
- Ability to handle budgets, track variances, and support financial planning
- Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Experience in business analysis within operations, finance, or strategy domains preferred
