Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

- Lead and scale a 200+ member counselling team with a focus on unbiased learner guidance.

- Implement new solutions to enhance lead conversions and reduce acquisition costs.

- Optimize the counselling process while maintaining Times Pro differentiated,

non-hard-selling approach.

- Manage and scale a business volume in 200+Crores.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performance teams, collaborating closely with

Marketing, Training & Quality, MIS, and Operations team

- Foster a data-driven, performance-oriented culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

- Need to travel frequently to other locations for business purpose.

- Ensure monthly target achievement

Strategic Leadership & P&L Management

- 12 to 18 years of experience in leading and managing inside sales team with P&L ownership for 3-4 years

- Proven success in scaling operations 3x-5x in consumer-facing organizations.

- Experience managing large teams (100+ members) and achieving multi-crore revenue targets.

- Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of unit economics and growth metrics like CAC, ARPU, Lead to conversion etc.

- Experience in Online lead generation business models in B2C segment or in marketplace.

- Familiarity with technology-enabled sales processes and CRM systems like SFDC, Lead square etc

- Exposure to the EdTech or higher education sector.

- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams like Marketing, Business Development, HR, Operations
