JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Campaign Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce CRM (SFDC) to manage end-to-end CRM and lifecycle campaigns. The role will focus on driving lead conversion, engagement, and revenue by tightly integrating marketing journeys with sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution using SFMC and SFDC
- Design and execute lead nurturing, conversion, and lifecycle journeys
- Build and manage Salesforce Campaigns and align them with business objectives
- Execute multi-channel campaigns: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push (where applicable)
SFMC Responsibilities:
- Build and manage journeys using Journey Builder
- Create and manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and Automation Studio
- Implement trigger-based and event-driven campaigns
- Execute A/B testing and optimize campaigns for performance
- Leverage Einstein features (Engagement Scoring, STO) where applicable
SFDC Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Campaigns, and Campaign Members
- Align CRM campaigns with Sales workflows, lead stages, and SLAs
- Ensure lead routing, assignment, and follow-up visibility
- Maintain data accuracy, deduplication, and CRM hygiene
Performance & Analytics:
- Track and optimize CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROI
- Build and analyze campaign performance reports and dashboards
- Provide actionable insights to CRM, Sales, and Leadership teams
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with Sales, Tech, Analytics, Product, and Creative teams
- Coordinate with external vendors and platform partners when required
- Ensure compliance, consent management, and governance across channels
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 4-8 years of experience in CRM / lifecycle campaign management
- Strong hands-on expertise in SFMC and SFDC
- Proven experience with Looker Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Campaigns and Campaign Members
- Experience executing Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Solid grasp of lead funnels, pipeline stages, and revenue attribution
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and API-based integrations
- Exposure to Click-to-WhatsApp and Conversational AI tools
- Knowledge of Einstein AI capabilities
- Experience in EdTech, BFSI, or high-volume lead environments
- Vendor, commercials, and MarTech stack management
