About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Sales Consultant to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions.


- The role involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements, designing customized solutions, and supporting the sales process end-to-end-from pre-sales consultation to post-sales technical support. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, communication skills, and a consultative approach to building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions that align with their business needs.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals effectively.

- Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing technical capabilities and value propositions.

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present technical documentation, project proposals, and cost estimates as part of the sales process.

- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure clarity in deliverables and timelines.

- Analyze client feedback, identify potential product enhancements, and share insights with the product development team.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

- Track and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Skillsets:

- Proven experience in technical sales or consulting with strong solution-selling capabilities.

- Excellent knowledge of technical products, systems integration, and solution design.

- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills for effective client engagement.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business benefits for diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in pre-sales documentation, proposal writing, and cost estimation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.

- Experience in handling complex, multi-stakeholder projects with effective time management.

- MBA and Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced business environment
