We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring efforts for our B2B Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, driving timely closures, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining compliance and process excellence.

Key Expectations :
- Speed of Hiring (TAT): Drive timely closures by meeting committed turnaround times, with most roles filled within 30 working days.
- Offer-to-Join Conversion: Strengthen pre-closing efforts to minimize drop-offs and maintain a high offer acceptance rate (>85%).
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a smooth, transparent, and high-touch candidate journey, reflected in strong feedback scores (>4.5 average rating).
- Sourcing Excellence: Leverage AI tools and structured outreach to deliver high-quality pipelines, ensuring >80% relevance in sourced profiles.
- JD & Panel Alignment: Ensure every role has a validated job description and pre-calibrated interview panel before launch.
- Process Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with intake forms, ATS updates, and documentation standards.
- Learning & Feedback: Actively participate in enablement programs and apply feedback to continuously improve recruitment practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 8-10 years of proven expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
- Minimum 3 years' hiring experience in B2B Media, Events, Trade Shows, or Conference organizations.
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management, ability to partner with business leaders, and proficiency in using recruitment tools/ATS.
- Preferred: Exposure to high-volume hiring environments and familiarity with digital media/advertising industry trends.
