You will liaise closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and support them in their efforts to source the best candidates in the market.  Location : Delhi/ NCR  Key Qualifications :  - Responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, university programs and recruitment programs, procedures, and plans.   - Possesses strong understanding of business needs and hiring conditions- external and internal. Provides advice, expertise and assistance to all levels of personnel both internal and external on various recruiting/talent acquisition related issues.   - Demonstrates innovative hiring methods outside of typical job board and resume posting. Possesses a good understanding of requirements gathering and sourcing avenues.   - Profile scope will range across sourcing, interviewing/assessment, client/team management and candidate closing..  - Will be responsible for client lead/candidate closing as part of the talent acquisition process.  - Handles all open requisitions for defined area of responsibility or client group(s).  - Takes part in client/candidate management through interviewing, assessment and extending offers on behalf of Times Internet.  - Also maintains accept/decline data on offers extended and meets goals on number of annual hires relative to level and metrics.  - Provides sourcing and candidate generation to hiring managers across multiple teams, organizations and locations- Pan-India  Basic Qualifications :  - Must be a graduate  - Regular MBA will be an added plus  - 2-7 years of relevant work experience  - Ideally a mix of agency and in-house recruitment experience  - Strong understanding of hiring any of the following skills- Tech/ Product/ Mobile Apps/ Design/ Content  - In-depth knowledge of innovative sourcing channels beyond job boards  - Strong networking skills in the digital space
