Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

- As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst you will be the custodian of all compensation, benefits and performance management data - maintaining data sanctity as well as data confidentiality.

- Maintain C&B, performance and HR related data and keep it up to date

- Perform data collection, cleaning and updation in the form required for the team to analyse and identify compensation actions

- Work seamlessly with associated teams like HROPs- payroll/benefits administration, HRtech, HRBPs, and consulting partners to deliver Rewards COE priorities ina timely and accurate manner.

- Assist Total Rewards Lead in subject areas such as -job mapping, benchmarking, creating pay range structures, sales incentive calculations, offer approvals, critical talent analysis, collation of historical and current data required to fulfil on time compensation revision process, budgeting, pay-outs, promotion process, training coordination for goal setting/feedback/continuous performance mgmt., performance data updating, benefits utilisation and cost impact, productivity analysis

- Preparing HR Data analytics dashboards and reports as may be required by stakeholders such as corporate planning team, HRBPs, HR COEs and CHRO

- Supporting compensation processes automation efforts

Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

- Solid analytical skills: Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports

- Proficiency in advanced data modeling will be a plus.

- Proficient using Google Sheets and Excel for heavy data analysis

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong work ethic

- Independence with an obsession for attention to detail

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

- Communication: Great communication skills, both written and verbal

- Work effectiveness: Comfortable working cross-functionally with an ability to work with others effectively across different business units

- Being a team player: Working closely within the CoE to successfully complete projects and meet deadlines.
