The Manager Sales (Print) will be responsible for driving advertisement revenue through print media platforms. The role involves developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation & Business Development:

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for print advertising.

- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities across sectors.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share.

- Cross-sell and up-sell print advertising solutions to existing clients.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.

- Understand client requirements and provide customized advertising solutions.

- Ensure timely servicing and resolution of client queries and concerns.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Provide insights to support product positioning and pricing strategies.

- Recommend innovative sales initiatives and promotional activities.

Sales Planning & Execution:

- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.

- Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to credit policies.

- Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and operations teams for smooth campaign execution.

Team Collaboration & Leadership (if applicable):

- Guide and support team members to achieve sales targets.

- Monitor team performance and provide coaching where required.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

- Market awareness and strategic thinking.

- Result-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in media sales, preferably in print advertising.

- Strong network with advertisers and media agencies is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Revenue achievement vs. targets.

- New client acquisition.

- Client retention and satisfaction levels.

- Collection efficiency and receivable management.
