The function uses world class processes, bleeding edge technology and analytics to ensure that business growth objectives are met.   We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to turn data into insights hence enabling business decisions.  Responsibilities  - Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports  - Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality  - Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets  - Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs  Experience and Skills:  - 3+ years of experience as a data analyst  - Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)  - Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)  - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy  - B.Tech / B.E./ BS in Mathematics, Economics or Statistics
