To provide insight into the financial health of the business, monitor, control and take corrective actions.  3. Operating in a stringent financial management regime under the corporate governess code subject to security by different level of audit and compliances.  4. To work and develop synergies with the corporate finance team and CFD and ensuring that various dashboards are published to the senior management at various intervals  Job Description   - Ensure Monthly closure of Financial Statements and reporting to Whole Time Director . Preparation of Annual & Quarterly Financials .   - Budgeting, Budgets, Costing & MIS along with Variance Analysis . Comparison of Actuals with Last Years & Budgeted Figures FTM & YTD .  - Ensuring the requirement of CAPEX for the next year. Exercise proper control over each and every CAPEX in accordance with approvals. Ensuring implementation of CAPEX as per guidelines .  - Providing analysis for Actuals with Budgets for each and every SBUs that would enlighten the management for taking corrective action.   - Negotiation with Banks /FI's for best terms like Interest Rates, Bills Discounting .  - Vendor development, evaluation, negotiations & Contract Finalization   - Ensuring availability of quality fibre/yarn and other materials at better prices as per requirements.  - Ensure internal controls/checks/process/SOPs of Accounts/Purchases/Marketing/Logistics and Contractors are implemented and being adhered to.   - Initiate, execute and ensure Corporate secretarial and related compliances function as applicable to the company. To organize meetings-Board & its committees- Audit Committee, CSR committee, NRC and AGM of shareholders.   - Corporate Governace .
