Position Summary :&nbsp; - Source, negotiate and procure Non Stock and Services for branch, handle waste Management (Preparing for Tendering Process) and get quarterly approvals, review Zone Branches on Procurement, Waste &amp; monitoring OPEX (Budget vs Expenses), perform MIS reporting of Branch and undertake process improvement initiatives with the objective of meeting the requirement of internal customers on a timely basis and within the budget by optimizing overall costs and enhancing operational efficiencies. - Receipt of material (Newsprints &amp; Consumables). Ensure sufficient stocks for Production and co-ordination with central teams for any deviation. Issuance as per FIFO schedule to Production. - Accounting of stocks in SAP. Carryout physical count monthly and ensure no variance with book stocks. Warehouse management, cross functional working to ensure continuity of operations. Compliance to outside printing norms like Reconciliation of stocks, monthly stock certificates, warehouse check lists. 2. Areas of Responsibility :&nbsp; Procurement &amp; Sourcing :&nbsp; - Identify and evaluate vendors for specific/particular material requirement, develop strong business relationship, RFQ, evaluate, develop, negotiate prices Waste Management :&nbsp; - Forecast generation of Waste material and undertake contracts with the waste customers, manage risk, building of confidence with waste customers - OSP (Outside/third party printing management) - Ensure NP &amp; other material inventory (BCCL stock) at OSP location for day to day printing. - Reconciliation of physical stocks with book stocks at agreed frequency. - Resolve issue pertaining to production, quality, timelines at 1st level. - Carry out all printing related transactions in SAP on daily basis - Bill processing and follow up with finance team for timely payment.
