Job Title: Commercial / Finance Manager.
Location: Dobospet (Bengaluru).
Experience: 10-15 years.
Role & Responsibility:.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Responsible to send daily fund report, monthly / quarterly / annual MIS to HO and responsible for annual preparation of P&L accounts.
- Ensure on day to day basis of all kind of Accounting work (Purchase & Sales), GST Purchase & Stores, Dispatches are updated.
- Coordinate with HO for finalization of quarterly / annual Trial Balance and provide financial performance monthly up to EBITDA working of each unit.
- Verification of salary statements that comply with all statutory requirement and payment thereof.
- Ensure and check Vendors and Customers accounts are reconciled (Manage creditors and debtors).
- Deduction of local taxes as applicable for all payments to suppliers, staff salary etc. as per local rules and regulations and their timely payment without any delay.
- Understanding of calculation of Letter of Credit, interest, opening & closing charges of LC, bill purchase, bill discounting, commission on bank guarantee issued.
- Tracking adherence to statutory requirements, such as sales tax, PF, TDS, and ESI.
- Coordinate in preparation of Bank Guarantee (including extensions) and collection of expired bank guarantee.
- Preparation of project insurance policies & timely budget vs actual performance in terms of booking, billing & collection on monthly basis.
- Co-ordinate with Internal Auditor as per business and regulatory needs for verification of accounts and stocks.
- Review & ensure corrective action of Internal Audit report in consultation with Unit Head / HO advice.
- Monitor all cash and banking activities; check and provide Cash Flow statements to Corporate Office on daily basis and optimizing cash balances.
- Coordinate with Corporate Office for funds requirements and receipt and timely reporting.
- Monthly Reporting of actual expenses v/s target expenses with comments on major increase or decrease.
- Leading and mentoring finance team members.
- Preparation of papers for board meeting.

- A strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate financial information.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team of finance professional.
Required Skills & Qualifications:.
- A bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required.
