RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Identifying and developing new streams for growth of business and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business.

- Achieve the annual sales target both in terms of top-line and profitability.

- Build, develop and grow a strong project pipeline.

- Analyzing & reviewing the market response / requirements and communicating the same to the marketing and sales teams for coming up new products / applications.

- Handling institutional sales, projects segment & direct customer.

- Product approvals and approvals conversion into sales.

- Compliant handling regarding application and product.

- Payment Collection.

- Sales Forecasting and Budgeting on periodic basis.

- Develop and appoint dealers & distributors to expand product reach in the market.

REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

- Experience in selling of Bituminous product is preferable
