Tiger Analytics - Manager - Revenue Operations

About the role:

As Manager, Revenue Operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and driving efficiency across our revenue operations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial data analysis, experience with revenue recognition principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Revenue Analysis and Financial Reporting:

- Oversee and manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of revenue recognition.

- Analyze financial performance related to fixed price, T&M, and retainer contracts.

- Monitor revenue streams and margins, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and profitability.

Data Analysis and Insights:

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets, summarizing key findings for executive management.

- Extract actionable insights from financial data, providing recommendations to optimize revenue and margins.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure comprehensive financial analysis.

Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of revenue operations.

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for revenue recognition and financial reporting.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring the companys revenue operations remain competitive.

- Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring and developing repeatable analytic approaches.
