Manager - Pre Sales  Job Description/ Responsibility :  Pre-sales for Advanced Analytics Services and Solutions, key responsibilities include :  - Take lead and/or participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy, proposal development, review and feedback process, competitive positioning and pricing / commercial decisions  - Provide weekly reports to sales and delivery organizations to provide visibility on pipeline, probable deals etc. for planning and tracking business growth  - Conduct primary and secondary research; generate and qualify market analytics/research  - Assist sales team in prospecting with relevant pitch and market/company specific data  - Generate Collaterals, Case Studies, White Papers, etc. and assist Sales in pitch evangelism  Qualifications :  - Masters in Business Administration from Tier 1/2 college  Professional Experience/ Traits :  - Minimum of 2 years of assisting and/or developing Analytics businesses  - Proven track record of leading and supporting bids  - Consultative and business case driven approach to sales  - Ability to execute on assigned RFP/RFI/proposals and deliver a high-quality response in terms of content, formatting and value-adds  - Creative expertise in making wow-inducing presentations and proposals (MS PowerPoint and MS Word primarily)  - Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure and a rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment   - Excellent Program Management, Sales, Story-Writing, Presentation and Consulting Skills  - Willingness to travel in India or abroad, for conferences or client presentations, as required  - Self-Driven, committed, detailed, quality and deliverable-oriented   - Excellent communication and written skills  Location : Chennai, India  Position Type : Full-Time Employment
