Tiger Analytics - Lead/Senior Lead - Delivery Operations

We are looking for Lead/ Sr. Lead - Delivery Operations to be based out of Chennai office. As a Lead/ Sr. Lead - Delivery Operations at Tiger Analytics, you will:

- Be responsible for planning and staffing multiple programs/ Projects for delivering value to customers / internal stakeholders.

- Responsible for compliance, staff utilization, employee satisfaction, operation health and delivery excellence etc.

- Deliver internal business value through data and metric driven approach to problem solving.

- Facilitate talent incubation, transformation and retention by working with HR & L&D.

- Manage contracts with 3rd party contractors on the need basis.

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

- Experience in the role Staffing & Operations with sizable (Ex: 2000+ HC) practice or BU.

- Ability to lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

- Problem Solving and decision-making Skills.

- Ability to stay well organized, versatile; have a keen attention to detail and flexibility to work with different aspects of a business.

- Exposure to presales / business development.

- Strong People Management Skills and team collaborations Skill.

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

- Excellent in MIS/Excel reporting.

- 5-7 years of experience in IT/ITeS industry having been responsible for delivery of large programs/ accounts.
