Job Title: Employee Experience Specialist / People Culture Lead

About the role:

Tiger Analytics is seeking a highly motivated Employee Experience professional to drive employee engagement, workplace culture, and talent experience initiatives. This role will focus on creating a human-centric and data-driven employee journey that enhances engagement, retention, recognition, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate should have experience in consulting, IT services, global capability centers, or multinational organizations and possess a strong understanding of employee listening programs, people insights, culture-building initiatives, and workforce sentiment analysis.

Work Location: Chennai (other locations but open to relocate is fine)

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

Experience: 4-7 Years

Education:

MBA in HR, Organizational Behavior (OB), Human Resources, or related disciplines from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutions preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute employee experience and engagement programs across the employee lifecycle.

- Drive initiatives focused on workplace culture, employee well-being, recognition, and retention.

- Lead employee listening programs including surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.

- Analyze employee feedback and workforce sentiment data to generate actionable people insights.

- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

- Develop and manage employer branding and internal culture-building initiatives.

- Plan and execute employee events, culture campaigns, and engagement activities.

- Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and culture transformation programs.

- Monitor employee experience metrics and recommend interventions based on data-driven insights.

- Collaborate with external vendors and partners for engagement platforms, events, and employee experience solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement of employee journey touchpoints from onboarding to exit.

Required Experience:

- 4-7 years of experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, People Culture, Talent Experience, Organizational Development, or related HR functions.

- Prior experience in mid-to-large consulting firms, IT services organizations, GCCs, or multinational companies preferred.

- Experience managing employee listening, pulse surveys, engagement programs, and culture initiatives.

- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and organizational behavior principles.
