About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned leader to join us as an Associate Director Talent Management. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, overseeing a scope of approximately 1,000 employees. You will be responsible for translating business strategies into effective people programs while leading a team of HR professionals to deliver excellence across the employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to senior business leaders, providing data-driven people insights to influence decision-making and large-scale change management.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of People Partners to ensure seamless execution of HR deliverables and professional growth.
- Employee Experience & Retention: Design and implement robust engagement frameworks for a hybrid workforce to improve productivity and proactive retention.
- Conflict & Change Management: Lead difficult conversations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and organizational restructuring, with empathy and professional candor.
- Policy & Process Excellence: Own the implementation and evolution of HRM policies, benchmarking against global market best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure 100% compliance in people operations and utilize advanced analytics to identify trends that influence future workforce direction.
Expertise and Qualifications:
- Masters degree in HR from a top/premier institute.
- 10 - 14 years of core HR Business Partnering experience within the Technology, IT, or Consulting industries.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale teams (1,000+ people scope) and leading other HR professionals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, advanced Excel skills, and a strong affinity for deriving actionable insights from data.
