Aboutthe Role:

- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales specialist to join our team and drive growth in the HR technology space.

- The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of B2B HR tech SaaS sales experience, with a strong background in engaging HR leaders at enterprise and unicorn startup levels.

- This individual contributor role focuses on building and expanding client relationships, strategically positioning HRMS/HRIS/payroll solutions, and closing key deals that accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement targeted sales strategies to engage and expand relationships with Enterprise and SMB clients.

- Proactively prospect and build a strong sales pipeline through multiple channels and existing client relationships, particularly within HR departments of enterprises and startups.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on enterprise-level opportunities.

- Leverage deep knowledge of HRMS/HRIS/payroll solutions and industry-specific challenges to position as the preferred HR technology partner.

- Maintain and grow strong relationships with key clients and strategic stakeholders to drive long-term revenue.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging HR technology innovations to identify new sales opportunities.

- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports with data-driven insights on pipeline health and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to support sales initiatives.

- Represent at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and pipeline development.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with a focus on HRMS/HRIS/payroll solutions.

- Proven success in managing and growing client relationships with HR leaders, including experience working with enterprise and unicorn startup clients.

- Strong understanding of India's HR/payroll compliance and employee lifecycle workflows.

- Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales cycles and close enterprise deals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.

A note on location.

While we have team centres in Boulder, New York City, San Francisco,

Charlotte,this role is based out of Mumbai or Bangalore.
