Domain Consultant / Functional SME - BFSI (US Market)

We are looking for a BFSI Domain Consultant / Functional SME to help drive growth across our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance portfolio in the US market. This is a strategic consulting role focused on business growth, industry-led solutioning, and AI-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth and account expansion across BFSI customers.

- Partner with sales teams to shape opportunities, build business cases, and improve deal win rates.

- Lead client discovery workshops and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.

- Develop industry-focused offerings, accelerators, and transformation roadmaps.

- Support proposals, pursuit governance, and cross-functional solution development.

- Bridge business priorities, technology capabilities, and AI/GenAI-driven innovation.

Required Experience:

- 7-13 years of experience in BFSI consulting, transformation, product, or business advisory roles.

- Strong experience working with US Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance clients.

- Deep knowledge of Banking (lending, payments, retail/commercial banking) and/or Insurance (claims, underwriting, policy administration).

- Proven experience in proposal support, executive presentations, solutioning, and workshop facilitation.

- Ability to articulate ROI, business value, and growth outcomes.
