Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Presales Lead with domain expertise in either Banking or Healthcare to drive enterprise presales engagements and support strategic business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, product, and technology teams to understand client requirements, design business-centric technology solutions, and create compelling proposals that address complex enterprise challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end presales activities for enterprise opportunities across Banking or Healthcare verticals.

- Engage with prospective clients to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and digital transformation requirements.

- Design customized solution approaches aligned with customer business goals and organizational priorities.

- Prepare high-quality RFP, RFI, RFQ responses, technical proposals, solution documentation, commercial estimations, and presentation decks.

- Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, executive presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions.

- Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, architecture, and delivery teams to build winning solutions.

- Develop reusable solution assets, domain-specific accelerators, case studies, and value propositions to improve proposal quality and response time.

- Support deal qualification, effort estimation, pricing strategy, transition planning, and risk assessment throughout the sales lifecycle.

- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen solution positioning.

- Build trusted relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders while acting as a strategic advisor during customer engagements.

- Contribute to business development initiatives and support strategic account growth through innovative solution recommendations.

Domain Expertise:

Banking:

- Strong understanding of Core Banking, Digital Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, Payments, Treasury, Wealth Management, Risk & Compliance, and Regulatory frameworks.

Healthcare:

- Strong understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical Workflows, Digital Health, Healthcare Analytics, Patient Engagement, and Healthcare Interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.

Required Skills:

- 8-10 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Business Consulting, or Solution Architecture.

- Demonstrated expertise in either the Banking or Healthcare domain with enterprise customer exposure.

- Strong experience preparing enterprise proposals, responding to RFP/RFI documents, and delivering customer presentations.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and consulting skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, enterprise integration, digital transformation, and modern enterprise architectures.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, and Enterprise Architecture.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting large enterprise transformation programs within Banking or Healthcare organizations.

- Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions, analytics platforms, automation technologies, and cloud-based enterprise applications.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic technology discussions with business leaders.
