1. Business Strategy & Growth

- Design and execute the national sales strategy for LAS products, including:

- Loans Against Shares

- Loans Against Mutual Funds

- ESOP funding

- Promoter funding / structured financing

- Own annual business plans, budgets, and growth targets.

- Identify and expand into new geographies, segments, and channels (HNIs, UHNIs, promoters, startup founders, family offices).

2. Sales & Channel Development

- Build and scale multiple sales channels:

- Wealth and private banking teams

- Relationship managers and LAS specialists

- IFAs, MFDs, brokers, and family offices

- Startup ecosystems for ESOP funding

- Drive cross-sell of LAS to existing wealth, liability, and corporate clients.

- Ensure strong pipeline management, lead conversion, and deal closures.

3. Promoter Funding & Structured LAS

- Lead sales of promoter funding and high-ticket LAS transactions.

- Work closely with credit, legal, and risk teams on deal structuring, security cover, and covenants.

- Engage with promoters, CFOs, and treasury teams for long-term relationships.

4. ESOP & Startup-Focused Financing

- Build a national ESOP funding program targeting startup founders and senior employees.

- Develop partnerships with startup accelerators, VC funds, and HR platforms.

- Ensure seamless execution with clear communication on valuation, liquidity events, and risk disclosures.

5. Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Build and manage a pan-India LAS sales team including regional heads, cluster managers, and RMs.

- Define KPIs, incentive structures, and productivity benchmarks.

- Conduct regular sales reviews, training, and capability-building sessions.

- Foster a culture of performance, compliance, and customer-centricity.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Disbursement volumes and revenue across LAS products

- Number and quality of active channels and partnerships

- Yield, ROA, and portfolio quality metrics

- Promoter and ESOP deal closures

- Team productivity and regional performance
