Manager - Special Projects Responsibilities: - Ensuring that product delivery roadmaps from contributing areas and operational readiness activities are aligned to meet program objectives - Identifying and resolving or escalating cross-area dependencies, blockers and issues - Creating and chairing Steering Groups to drive senior decision making and issue resolution - Orchestrating between business areas and enabling stakeholders - Communicating progress , risks and issues to internal and external stakeholders - Managing any program specific resources not aligned to existing functions - Managing program budgets and monitoring business outcomes - Closing out programs, including the transition of activities to BAU/production
