Role Overview:

The Regional Head Supply Chain will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations across the region, including warehouse management, inventory planning, logistics, and distribution performance. The role requires strong leadership to manage large teams, drive operational efficiency, ensure service level adherence, and optimize costs across fulfilment centers and distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Supply Chain Operations

- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across fulfilment centers, warehouses, and distribution hubs.

- Ensure seamless inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound logistics operations.

- Drive process standardization, SOP implementation, and operational excellence.

2. Warehouse & Fulfilment Center Management

- Oversee multiple warehouses / fulfilment centers ensuring optimal space utilization and productivity.

- Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and audit compliance.

- Drive cost reduction initiatives, including manpower optimization and overall warehouse cost efficiency.

- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety across all warehouse operations. Lead new warehouse setup, layout planning, and operational ramp-up.

3. Logistics & Distribution Management

- Manage middle-mile logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries and SLA adherence.

- Ensure on-time product delivery to B2B partners and customers.

- Optimize transportation routes, delivery models, and logistics costs.

- Collaborate with logistics partners and third-party vendors for efficient distribution.

4. Inventory & Demand Planning

- Monitor inventory health, SKU availability, replenishment planning, and stock optimization.

- Drive initiatives to reduce inventory variance, shrinkage, and stock ageing.

5. Vendor & Partner Management

- Manage relationships with logistics partners, warehouse vendors, and manpower agencies.

- Lead vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and service level improvements.

6. Team Leadership

- Lead large teams including warehouse managers, supervisors, logistics teams, and operations staff.

- Drive workforce planning, productivity improvement, and performance management.

- Foster a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
