Talent Acquisition Operations Team Lead

The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.

Will work in a fast-paced environment to support the talent acquisition team by coordinating all pre-hire processes and documentation for compliance and successfully complete the hire/transfer process.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Conducting criminal background checks, drug screenings, adjudications, and verifying licenses and certifications (if applicable).

- Ensuring completion of employee health screenings and vaccine/accommodation requirements (if applicable).

- Handling employment correspondence, service requests related to TA operations, email management, and scheduling panel interviews.

- Facilitating and ensuring data integrity for all hires, transfers, and rehires, including managing start date changes and addressing in-flight data changes.

- Assisting with and administering components of process compliance, including license and certification collection and upload.

- Processing hires in a timely manner to meet compliance and business needs.

- Partnering and communicating with TA Specialist regarding any issues or delays with the pre-boarding process and confirming day one activities.

- Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

- 6-12 Years Experience in an HR, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Customer Service, administrative support, or similar professional experience (preferred).

- Prior experience with Workday or HireRight (preferred).

Skills:

- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy skills.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to deal with changing schedules and priorities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Team
