JD:
- Handle contract to hire resource cost process covering invoicing information and timely accruals
- Understand the processes and deliver as per timelines
- Drive resource billability targets by the business / Entity through continuous resource planning and monitoring.
- Drive optimization of cost drivers like Staff pyramid, Vendor resourcing mix, Seat utilization
- Monthly /Quarterly Rolling Plans/ Forecasts and variance from Budget
- Monthly presentation of MIS with plan vs Actual
- Establish regular communication with stakeholders to share successes and solicit challenges or concerns.
- Implement and monitor key KPIs and manage performance with P&L Ownership
- Maintain strong controls ensuring quality requirements are complied with
- Ensures appropriate documentation on process flows and standard operating procedures by keeping them current and updated
- Partner with global business owners to meet existing deliverables and continuously improve processes through simplification, innovation and automation.
- Drive standardization via data management and digitization
- Handle escalations with root cause analysis for amicable closure
- Execution of policy/process framework
- Roll out a transparent process of feedback for the individual team members from stakeholders
- Leverage shared service for operations
Qualification/Skill/Competency:
- 5 to 7 years experience in Finance processes with CA/CMA Finance qualification
- Business Finance experience with at least 1 year with IT industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicated well
- Working Knowledge of Accounting and related systems
- Have a mindset of number control and governance
- International work and culture exposure to US & Western countries
- Demonstrate empathy in communication with teams, stakeholders & peers
- Build a customer centric culture by resolving various process risks
- Adopt best practices in other businesses/organization for delivering additional value to stakeholder
