Your role involves coordinating various aspects of these events to ensure they run smoothly and meet the client's objectives. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality and memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities : Client Consultation : - Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and expectations for MICE events. Provide expert advice on suitable destinations, venues, and program options based on the client's needs. Relationship building & closing bigger deals : - Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business prospects. Employ effective negotiation and communication skills to successfully close high-value deals, driving sustained growth and profitability Event Planning and Coordination : - Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, accommodation, transportation, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other event-related services. Ensure all aspects of the event comply with legal, health, and safety regulations.
