Three D - Assistant Manager - Tender Costing & Estimation

Description:

We are looking an experienced Financial Bid Engineer / Assistant Manager to prepare competitive and accurate financial proposals for Government, PSU, and Private tenders.

The ideal candidate will handle pricing, cost estimation, commercial evaluation, and ensure full compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial bids, BOQ costing, and pricing sheets for Government, PSU, and Private tenders.

- Analyze tender documents, commercial terms, payment terms, taxes, and contract clauses.

- Coordinate with technical, procurement, and project teams for cost estimation inputs.

- Prepare costing for materials, services, manpower, subcontracting, logistics, and overheads.

- Review BOQ, identify risks, and ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

- Maintain costing templates, pricing sheets, and rate databases.

- Negotiate with vendors/subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.

- Ensure commercial compliance as per tender terms and customer requirements.

- Support management during tender presentations and price justification meetings.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in Tendering, Estimation, Costing, EPC, System Integration, Infrastructure, Airport, or Government projects.

- Strong understanding of commercial terms, taxes, GST, financial clauses, and pricing structures.

Skills Required:

- Excellent MS Excel skills (advanced formulas, costing & pricing sheets).

- Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation abilities.

- Good understanding of BOQs, techno-commercial evaluation, and tender processes.

- High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
