Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in Airport, PSU, and Government bidding/tendering. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end bid management process, including tender evaluation, technical & commercial proposal preparation, risk assessment, team coordination, and ensuring full compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete bid management for Government, PSU, and Airport tenders (EPC/IT/Infra/System Integration).

- Review and analyze RFP/RFQ/tender documents for technical, commercial, and legal requirements.

- Prepare and finalize Technical Bids, Compliance Matrices, Solution Documents, and Presentation Decks.

- Coordinate with engineering, technical, procurement, finance, and project teams for input gathering.

- Prepare BOQ, cost estimation inputs, and support financial bid team for pricing.

- Ensure timely submission of bids on e-procurement portals (CPPP, GeM, eTender, State portals, etc.

- Manage clarifications, pre-bid queries, and interaction with clients, consultants, and OEMs.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and deviations; propose mitigation strategies.

- Maintain documentation, track bid progress, and ensure version control & record keeping.

- Conduct internal bid reviews with management and support in negotiations/technical discussions.

- Track upcoming tenders, evaluate opportunities, and manage tender calendars
