Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

- Lead and scale the BT organization across IT, Business Systems, and Data & Analytics.

- Define and execute a strategic roadmap to embed AI and ML into business technology, boosting productivity, reliability, and agility.

- Foster a high-performance culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Business Partnership & Collaboration

- Partner with cross-functional leaders in Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business teams to solve complex challenges.

- Ensure BT solutions align with business goals and support rapid, global growth.

- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on technology-driven business transformation.

Execution & Operational Excellence

- Drive technical excellence, operational rigor, and process efficiency at scale.

- Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications and systems.

- Build robust data platforms to provide actionable insights and intelligence across the organization.
