About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven IT Hardware Sales with expertise in laptops and related solutions (Dell, Apple, and other premium brands). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and meeting targets in the Delhi NCR region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients across corporate, education, and government sectors.
- Promote and sell IT hardware products such as laptops (Dell, Apple, etc.), accessories, and related solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product demonstrations, pricing, and customer support.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT hardware sales, preferably in laptops and peripherals.
- Strong understanding of products from Dell, Apple, and other major brands.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Master's/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
