Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Marketing Lead to lead and marketing function across product lines.
This leadership role is responsible for shaping how the world perceives right from driving strategic brand positioning to activating powerful collaborations and marketing partnerships across digital and physical realms.
Youll play a critical role in expanding our presence across B2C and B2B segments, ensuring is positioned as the category-defining brand for premium, AI-powered fitness technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute holistic marketing strategies across product portfolio (Studio, PUG, and upcoming launches).
- Drive brand positioning, communication, and storytelling for the ecosystem across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Conceptualize and implement brand collaborations, partnerships, and content-led campaigns (online and offline).
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and Tech teams to ensure brand alignment at every touchpoint.
- Manage and grow agency/vendor relationships across creative, media, PR, and digital.
- Build and own the marketing calendar including new product launches, activations, and strategic brand moments.
- Use consumer insights, category trends, and competitor intelligence to inform messaging and positioning.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI across initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 TO 10 years of experience in brand and marketing leadership roles.
- Proven success in building and scaling premium consumer brands, especially in electronics, white goods, or automotive sectors.
- Strong understanding of positioning and brand storytelling in a high-AOV, high-involvement purchase category.
- Experience leading 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital and physical platforms.
- Ability to independently own end-to-end marketing initiatives i.e. from idea to execution and optimization.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (MBA preferred)
