Position Overview:
- We are hiring a Digital Factory Global Application Analyst to serve as the key link between business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams.
- This role is essential for translating business requirements into functional designs and ensuring successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- The role will also be a cornerstone in M&A-related activities, supporting the functional transition to a newly independent digital organization by helping define and deploy new systems, processes, and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define and document functional requirements for digital solutions that enable business continuity and transformation post-acquisition.
- Lead functional planning for M&A carve-out activities, including requirement gathering for new systems, gap analyses, and support for clean-room or transitional environments.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to align solutions with functional expectations.
- Support workshops, design sessions, and future-state business process mapping.
- Lead user acceptance testing, training coordination, and go-live planning.
- Promote standardization and best practices across the enterprise.
- Monitor project delivery to ensure business value realization and feedback loops.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Lean/Six Sigma a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain, with digital project involvement.
- Experience with functional roles in MES, ERP, APS, WMS, or related platforms.
- M&A or carve-out experience preferred, especially in functional stream design and execution.
- Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages a plus).
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
- Experience with requirement documentation, functional specs, and UAT.
- Familiarity with major platforms (SAP, Kinaxis, Rockwell, Siemens).
- Exposure to M&A transition environments, clean-room operations, or digital separations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty and evolving business environments.
- Empathy for end users with a focus on value and usability.
- Highly collaborative and proactive in engaging stakeholders.
