JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with 4+ years of expertise in managing end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects on time, within scope, and budget, while leading cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery:

- Lead SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate).

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.

- Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations at all organizational levels.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams including consultants, developers, and business analysts.

- Allocate resources effectively and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.

Risk & Quality Management:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure quality assurance through testing, validation, and compliance with organizational standards.

Budget & Resource Control:

- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.

- Optimize resource utilization across multiple SAP projects.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in SAP project management with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.

- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification preferred.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in S/4HANA migration projects.

- Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in multicultural and global environments.

- Willingness to travel internationally for project requirements (up to 30%).
