Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Business Analyst with strong functional and technical understanding of SAP S/4HANA PLM, particularly in Recipe Management and Specification Management. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in FMCG, Personal Hygiene, or Healthcare industries and a solid grasp of the SAP technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP PLM (Recipe Management, Specification Management).

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

- Support design, configuration, and testing of SAP PLM solutions on S/4HANA.

- Work closely with crossfunctional teams (R&D, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain).

- Provide functional support during implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.

- Coordinate with development teams using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, user stories, and tracking.

- Support integration points across the SAP ecosystem such as ERP, MDG, EPF, and related modules.

- Conduct UAT, prepare functional documentation, and support golive activities.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA PLM.

- Handson experience in Recipe Management / Specification Management.

- Domain experience in FMCG, Personal Hygiene, or Healthcare industries.

- Good functional knowledge of the SAP technology stack (ERP, MDG, S/4HANA, EPF, etc.).

- Solid understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO) fundamentals (user stories, boards, pipelines).

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.

- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and documentation skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements (ingredients, labeling, health regulations).

- Exposure to global SAP rollouts or large transformation programs.

- SAP PLM or S/4HANA certification.

Education

- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
