JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP logistics transformation programs across S/4HANA and ECC landscapes, ensuring seamless integration of supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and order-to-cash processes. Drive cross-functional governance, execution excellence, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own program planning, execution, milestone tracking, and risk management for SAP logistics initiatives.

- Lead delivery across SD, LE,QM and integration with 3PL systems

- Drive solution governance, design approvals, scope control, and change management.

- Manage global deployment strategy, cutover planning, hypercare, and stabilization.

- Establish SteerCo governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication.

- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate, clean core principles, and standardization across entities.

- Oversee partner/vendor performance, SoWs, commercials, and resource planning.

- Champion process excellence in O2C, P2P, inventory, warehousing, logistics execution, and outbound distribution.

- Monitor KPIs, benefits realization, and continuous improvement roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Deep functional expertise in at least two logistics modules (SD/LE/QM).

- Proven delivery of multi-country SAP rollouts or brownfield/greenfield programs.

- Strong understanding of integration with FI/CO, PP, QM, IBP/ATP, and 3rd-party logistics systems.

- Hands-on with program tools: RAID logs, cutover playbooks, KPI dashboards, vendor governance.

- Excellent stakeholder management at CXO/business leadership levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

- S/4HANA implementation experience (1909 or higher).

- Familiarity with EDI, ASN, batch management, serialization, cold chain, export compliance.

- Knowledge of Track and Trace with Agile/SAFe delivery models and hybrid execution.

Education & Certifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain.

- PMP / Prince2 / SAFe / SAP Activate certification preferred.
